I love helping teams bring ideas to life by keeping assets accurate, workflows clear, and deadlines manageable. My design background allows me to understand the creative process from the inside, and my operations experience helps me make that process smoother, faster, and more enjoyable for the people doing the work. I believe in supportive leadership that creates clarity, removes obstacles, and fosters a collaborative environment where teams feel empowered. After spending time freelancing while caring for a family member with cancer, I’m excited to return to full-time creative work and support teams with the structure and empathy that help great ideas succeed.
